      Charles was born September 30, 1940 in Maryland to the late Thelma and Charles Elliott. He worked for Ceres as a Longshoreman for 43 years. He met the love of his life Julia at a very young age, driving by and showing off to get her attention. He was told he would have to meet her parents, and he did exactly that! They've shared their life together for 59 wonderful years. He had a love for fishing for Maryland's most prized Rockfish, and crabbing on his boat and playing the lottery.

      On March 23, 2024. Charles J. Elliott Jr. passed away with his family by his side. He is the beloved husband of Julia A. Elliott. Cherished father of Suzanne Vizcarra and husband Juan, and Chuck Elliott. Dear grandfather of James Elliott and Nightingale Burk. Brother of Jean Hartline and the late Donald Elliott, and Frank Elliott Sr. He was also loved by his nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

      Family requests relatives and friends to visit the family owned Gonce Funeral Service P.A. 4001 Ritchie Highway on Saturday (March 30th) from 12 PM to 2 PM. A Memorial Service will begin at 2 PM.
